Which materials can be powder coated?
We coat various conductive metal surfaces, including steel, galvanized steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Depending on the material and requirements, a coordinated pretreatment is carried out for optimal adhesion and surface quality.
What workpiece sizes can be coated?
The maximum workpiece size is 1400 × 200 × 500 mm (L/W/H). We are happy to check larger quantities or special requirements individually.
What surface textures are possible?
Depending on requirements, we offer different surface qualities:
Smooth fine texture, coarse texture, matt, satin gloss, high gloss
This allows both functional and visually high-quality surfaces to be realized.
What colors are possible?
We offer powder coatings in almost all common RAL colors. Special colors and individual surface solutions are also possible on request.

What pretreatment is carried out before coating?
SCHOCK GROUP coats:
For optimal adhesion and a permanently high-quality surface, workpieces are cleaned, degreased, pretreated and dried depending on the material before the powder coating is applied.
Can certain areas be excluded from coating?
Yes. Through professional masking and covering of functional, threaded or mating surfaces, defined areas can be specifically kept coating-free.
How durable is a powder coating?
Powder-coated surfaces are particularly resistant to mechanical stress, corrosion and environmental influences and are ideally suited for industrial applications.
